I just placed an order, when will it ship?

At Flawless Home Décor, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We understand that you're eager to receive your purchase, so we aim to ship your items out as fast as we can. Please note that it may take up to 4-7 days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping. Once your order is shipped, it typically takes between 15-30 days to arrive at your doorstep.

We want to make sure that you have all the information you need about your order, which is why we'll update your tracking number 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. In the rare instance that you don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email. We're always here to help!

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for all orders. If you need to cancel your order, simply let us know before it ships and there will be no penalty.

However, if your order has already been shipped, don't worry - you may still be able to take advantage of our flexible return system. Contact us to inquire about returning your items and our team will be happy to assist you. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so we'll work with you to see if your items are eligible for a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
In case you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, don't worry! Simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know. If you double-check and confirm that the address provided is incorrect, kindly notify us via email as soon as possible. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note that no refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. How long does shipping take?
At our store, we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location, so shipping times may vary. The average shipping time for our products is between 15-30 business days.
